| Step aside from the rush and renew your own energy. Take in a weekend with Instant Calmer.
And what better place to find energy than beside a waterfall. Our cottage home sits folded amongst oak and ash trees, a thousand feet up in the Mid Wales hills. Its name means white stream. It is a quiet place apart.
The yurts are woodstove-warm and welcoming, and along with the cottage they are the workshop base for a journey on many levels. Extending his Earthwalk experience toward subtler realms now, Philip opens this magical valley to reconnect us deeply back in to nature. Some gentle yoga from Jo, accessible to all, helps still the mind and make much else possible over the weekend.
With air as fresh as it gets and food to match, expect to feel good. We eat organic vegetarian, home made and plentiful, and drink our own deep-source water. Feed your mind too with our serendipitous cottage library: put your feet up with a few hundred books and journals you may not have seen before.
Come nightfall, travel dark skies with our telescope where the Milky Way is not just another junk food. Take a moonlit walk to watch the badgers. Or lay back by the fire, at ease among eight fellow spirits.
With everything sorted, relax
fall asleep in your own yurt space ready for another day.
No guru, no method, no teacher just you and I and nature, sang Van Morrison. Eight years after the waterfall and wildlife lured us here, we want to share that now. Come find calm with us.
